CHICAGO- #Stropie Pedro Strop made his first appearance since May 6th and recorded his 5th save of the season as the Cubs beat the Colorado Rockies 6-3 in front of 36,753 at Wrigley Field. "I felt really good. In the beginning the adrenaline of the game took me to another level. I was a little excited so I put the game in my pace. After that I was able to execute," a smiling Strop said.

Colorado tied the game at 2 on a solo HR by Murphy in the top of 4. #BamBam Kyle Schwarber hit a 467 ft BOMB (his 11th of the year) into the left centerfield bleachers in the bottom of 5 to put the Cubs back on top 3-2. #RAKINGSEASON continued for #ELMago as his 2 run blast (#15 on the season) gave the Cubs a 5-2 lead in the bottom of 6. Colorado got one back in the top of 7 on a Tony Wolters rbi single that scored Ryan McMahon to make it 5-3.
