The Mission
Its Us Foundation is committed to transforming our industry by amplifying voices that are traditionally excluded. We break the barriers between Traditional and New Media and provide high quality sports media coverage by harnessing the magic of organic connections.

Through our platform, we will tell the stories from the intersection of sports and culture, and change the narrative on how Black and minority athletes are portrayed. Through our mentorship, we will equip the next generation of sports journalists from Chicago with skills that will help them develop into impactful storytellers.
Its us foundation media fellowship program
The Its US Foundation Media Fellowship program is geared towards cultivating interest in careers in Sports Media. Participating students will be able to explore the basics of sports journalism, get hands-on experience and determine if Sports Media is the career of their future.
